When do you plow after a snowfall?
We monitor forecasts and aim to have residential properties cleared before 7 AM on weekdays. Timing depends on storm intensity and route volume — we'll set realistic expectations when you sign up.
Do you plow gravel laneways?
Yes. We have experience plowing gravel and crushed stone surfaces without gouging the base. We set the blade height appropriately and take care around edges.
What's included in a seasonal contract?
Plowing after every snowfall that accumulates 5 cm or more, plus one salting pass per visit. Additional salting or sanding can be added. Pricing is flat-rate for the season — no per-visit billing.
Do you salt interlock driveways?
We use calcium chloride on interlock surfaces rather than road salt where possible, as it's gentler on the stone and jointing sand. Let us know your surface type when you book.
